Mission Impossible 3 Movie Review

It was a Friday night, and my routine has always been to look for a great action flick! So I took a look inside the Blockbuster video to see what would fulfill my need for an edge of your seat adrenaline thrill ride. As the Blockbuster I was in was unbelievably gigantic, it took me awhile to find the right action movie. And low and behold, there it was: “Mission Impossible 3.” I was kind of luke-warm to it at first as I watched the first two Mission Impossibles and had mixed reactions to both. But I didn’t really see anything else that night that really kindled my interest, so I thought “What the hell…I’ll give it a shot.”

It was literally just pouring down rain on my way back home. It wasn’t a good night to do any outdoor activities, so hopefully, the movie I got would satisfy my night indoors. So I popped in the DVD and got ready to watch Mission Impossible 3.

As it started, I was really into it…It had a great beginning. The acting between Tom Cruise and Philip Seymour Hoffman was nothing short of phenomenal. And I must say that out of all the past Mission Impossibles, Mission Impossible 3 delivered the best storyline. Not only did it have a great story, but the way it was all put together was absolutely brilliant. I personally give JJ Abrams a pat on the back for his first theatrical project as everything was done in the best possible way for a Mission Impossible movie.

There were a lot of shocking moments and unexpected surprises through the movie that just made me feel like standing up and applauding. Out of the three movies in the franchise, I have to give Mission Impossible 3 the nod as it was the best one that was put together. It had the best cast of actors, the effects were incredible and the writing was exceptionally well done!

If anyone wants to see a really fulfilling action movie that will leave you on the edge of your seat and blow you away with some incredible special effects and an amazing story, I highly recommend picking up a copy of Mission Impossible 3. It went above and beyond my original expectations! I give it 9 out of 10.
